During this time I've worked across multiple channels, including CRM, Digital and Paid Social. Across CRM, I've worked to become a Customer Data Platform expert (CDP), developing bespoke TOV across multiple customer journeys, including winback and retention. I'm an expert at full-funnel copywriting, working across full marketing campaign activations through to day-to-day CRM communications and reactive sale messaging.
